Returns & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited-run and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will only offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Photos of the original packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted. If approved, we will provide a replacement or, at our discretion, a refund to the original payment method.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, refusal, or failure to collect, the order will not be refunded. A reshipment may be offered at the customer's expense.
Sizing Issues
We do not accept returns or refunds for sizing issues. Sizing charts are provided on all product pages and it is the customer's responsibility to order the correct size.
Processing Times & Shipping Delays
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:
- Postal or courier services
- Customs processing
- Weather, holidays, or peak periods
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Chargebacks & Fraud
Any chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be disputed with evidence, including delivery confirmation and this policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse refunds, returns, or chargebacks.
