Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, product launches, or promotional events.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. LivingLux is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal or courier services
- Customs processing
- Weather, public holidays, or peak periods
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Failed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses
LivingLux is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, refusal to collect, or failure to collect, the order will not be automatically refunded. A reshipment may be arranged at the customer's expense.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
